Sunshine Landscaping and Lawn Maintenance is seeking Lawn Maintenance Crew Members to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of lawn care tasks, including mowing, trimming, weeding, fertilizing, and general landscape maintenance to keep residential and commercial properties looking their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns for a clean, well-manicured appearance.
- Weed and fertilize gardens and lawns to promote healthy growth.
- Operate lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Perform seasonal maintenance such as leaf removal and aeration.
- Ensure work areas are cleaned and maintained after each job.
- Follow safety guidelines and company standards for all tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
